It has been proven a long time ago about the dangers of the birth control pill. Widemark's article was good but my question is why aren't more women sueing these 'doctors' who hand out the pill, not stressing the dangers of it?

Editor's Note: Most doctors have used the excuse that when the birth control pill is given to the woman, that in the instructions in the package, there is a listing of the side effects. As most people know, though, the majority of people do not read these instructons or warnings. How many of us read the entire label on all the products we purchase in the stores? We just presume that they must be safe if they are being sold!
Since when can a court rule against the basic principles in the Constitution? I think that's why the Freemen in Mountana are right. There is too much control in the Federal government.
The people have voted and now the courts have ignored their wishes and their statement. Isn't this a democracy!!!

Editor's Note: I'm afraid you are wrong on several points. The first being that the Freemen in Montana can be connected in any fashion to this argument. Secondly, this is not a democracy, but is a Republic. We do need to continue to challenge this ruling though.
I notice that you have consistantly mentioned Mother's Day for the pro-life action ideas. Obviously, it would be a good weekend for the reminder that abortion is wrong.
I challenge you to do something about Father's Day, though. It seems everyone forgets about us. Many of us have found out our children have been lost to the butchers of Planned Parenthood.
As fathers, men have lost all their rights. If a woman keeps the child, we are held bound by the government to support the child, but if good ol' mom wants the baby killed, we have nothing to say about it!
Why do pro-life groups ignore the plight of fathers? Our loss is great.

Editor's Note: In past years, Children of the Rosary has held special events for Father's Day. Though they are not as well attended as the Mother's Day events (prayer vigils in front of abortuaries) they are very effective.
My suggestion is to contact your local or state group and request something be held. Also be prepared to offer your time and assistance. Many times, calls and requests are made of pro-life groups but then the person spearheading the project won't be of assistance.
Let' face it, if all pro-lifers would do 'something' instead of just giving other people ideas for work, we might have ended the abortion business long ago.
Mark your calendar - June 15th is the Saturday before Father's Day!
