Arizona Parental-Notification Law Stranded

Judge Marques of Tucson, on July 15, placed a temporary restraining order against an Arizona law requiring parental-consent for minors seeking an abortion. The case was brought by Planned Parenthood in Tucson. This is the second time that this judge has ruled against the wishes of the people through the legislative action at state level.

Katherine Sabelko, President of Children of the Rosary, a pro-life group, said, "When we look at the deterioration of the family and when we question why the youth of today show no respect for adults, we can safely say Judge Marques has helped create this type of chaos. Parents are being denied their rights and obligations to guide their children in some of the most important decisions of their lives. It is a fact that this decision is a clear anti-family, anti-parent statement to the American public.

"Planned Parenthood has exposed their true agenda of baby-killing at any cost. For years they have denied the victimization of the woman choosing abortion, denied the horrible manner of killing an innocent child, fought against the natural rights of the father of the child to be killed, denied all the scientific studies that show the high risk connection of breast cancer and other dangers associated with abortion.

"A teenage girl of thirteen or fourteen certainly needs the support and guidance of her parents if she is panicked about an unexpected pregnancy. Obviously, Planned Parenthood has no interest in improving family relations, but only in how many abortions they can perform."

Planned Parenthood states the following are "publicly associated with Planned Parenthood, advocates participate in a variety of specific activities, depending on their interests, expertise, and availability. Some simply lend their name, some speak and are active locally with many of our 152 affiliates, and some are involved nationally by testifying in Congress, lobbying, and participating in rallies."

Please pray for these misled people. They are responsible to promoting the killing of innocent pre-born children. By the fact they are using their status of public figures, they have become responsible for the killing of many babies because people unfortunately believe anything they see on the movie screen, TV or what they read in the newspapers.
