I wish I could say that we have a law that protects your life, but now our laws protect Doctors that kill you, right up to the ninth month of your life.
Please forgive all who are involved, especially your mother who carried you inside her, felt your tiny feet kick and felt your snall life growing inside her. Please forgive her. She couldn't have known what she was doing, or else how could she have done this to you. Perhaps she believed the lie that said you were nothing yet and that it was better this way. Something must have been wrong or else, how could she make such a terrible CHOICE?
Please forgive the Doctor's that put the knife in your skull and sucked your brains out, thinking they can play God with life and not answer to God for this sickening taking of innocent life.
Please forgive the Congressman who stood up in the Congress and defended this terrible method of killing you.
Please forgive Christians who will not stand up for you; those who simply won't talk about it and unwisely prefer to say they are for "choice." Sadly, that is not really a choice for you. As a matter of fact, it was you Death. Please forgive them.
Please forgive the Catholics, the lukewarm ones, the hardened ones, the ones that want to make up all the rules or who want to stretch the rules. Even when the Pope, the bishops or their local priests condemn it and speak against it, they think it is best to be PRO-CHOICE. But you know where that has led us: 35 MILLION CHOICES TO KILL INNOCENT LIFE.
Please forgive the Senior Citizens. They grew up in a society that condemned abortion, yet now will not fight to change the law that is taking your life and, in many cases, their grandchildren and many times great grandchildren. These little ones are the victims of this crime against innocent life.
Perhaps the day is coming when that no one will fight the law that says it's lawful to take their lives, and, even worse, they will say they are doing them a service. They were too old to live and were not contributing to society anyway. Wasn't that what they said about you (that it was better for you not to be born into a society that you were not wanted?)
Finally, please forgive the United States Government. Please forgive the Judges that stand up for the guilty and punish the innocent; those that twist the law to punish and imprison the citizens who stand up trying to protect you. Please forgive the lawyers that fight to protect a law that kills you.
Please forgive the President and all public officials who believe it is permissible to kill you, right up to the ninth month of your life.
We who are PRO-LIFE will go on. We will stand in lines, write letters, pass out literature, sit around abortion mills, go to jail. We will not be thwarted in our efforts to save lives. Actually, that is what we are all about. We consider saving just one life worth all the trouble. One thing you can be sure of, we are not prejudiced, for we will sacrifice to save any baby: black,
Breast cancer hits the headlines again as Newsweek, Feb 24, dedicated seven pages to the diognosis, methods and cost of treatment of breast cancer, but only three paragraphs were devoted to possible causes. In an article, Beyond the Mammogram, reporter Geoffrey Cowley stated,
"Better tests may improve detection, but the large challenge is to make breast cancer less common. The disease may seem to strike randomly, but it's a modern affliction, and many cases are theoretically preventable.....The reasons aren't perfectly understood, but the likely culprits include a lack of exercise, obesity after menopause and a national diet that is rich in saturated fat and low in fruits, vegetables and fiber."
Though pro-life groups have made great efforts to expose the serious link of breast cancer and abortion, the main media channels ignore the studies. The high statistics of breast cancer in a woman whose first child is aborted totally ignored or denied by the talking heads. The Newsweek article is just further proof of this bias by Cowley's summery, "Diet may be important, but reproductive patterns have even stronger effects. Whenever a woman of reproductive age isn't pregnant or nursing, her breast tissues get a monthly blast of estrogen. And estrogen, for all its virtues, can promote breast tumors ...Returning to the Stone Age isn't an option [Excussseee mmeee!]but modern medicine may yet devise a pharmaceutical equivalent. Researchers at the University of Southern California are testing drugs that could reduce a woman's risk by mimicking the effects of pregnancy and lactation."
Sorry, fellas. It would be better if women were encouraged to give birth to the children God had planned for her. You can't fool nature and you can't fool God. Thankfully, woman was made with the important role of bringing new life into the world. When women deliberately interfer with the normal cycle of life, the body rebels. In this situation, the sudden, violent act of abortion throws the woman's body and reproductive cycle into chaos, and one serious side effect of the baby being killed is the woman's high risk for breast cancer.

Chris Smith, (R-New Jersey), chairman of the House Subcommittee on International Operations and Human Rights, in a World article, Questions About Sanctions, highlighted some well-known Chinese human rights violations. Of the nine very important points he selected, we list the following:
Are sanctions justified by the recent anouncement of a systematic attempt to eradiate the Roman Catholic Church by imprisoning priests, bishops, and lay people who refuse to renounce the pope and swear allegiance to the "Catholic Patriotic Association" run by the government?
Are sanctions justified by the similar persecution of many thousands of Protestant "house church" members, Tibetan Buddhists, and Muslims in Xinjiang and elsewhere?
Are the sanctions justified by a population-control program that not only requires women to have abortions if they become pregnant with an illegal child, but see to it that those who refuse are often dragged physicaly to the abortion centers?"
When America can ignore violations of such basic rights in other countries, how close are we to losing the same rights in this country?

Operation Rescue has begun a nationwide campaign to display pictures of aborted babies on sidewalks near the high schools. They also plan to hand out literature which explains the development and stages of the preborn child to the high schoolers.
Carl Weiser reported, in the MesaTribune, February 12, "The point, they said at the time, was to show the reality of abortion. Among the cities where protests are expected; Cleveland; Minneapolis; Rochester; N.Y., Melbourne, FL; Portland, OR; Los Angeles; Boston; St. Louis and Milwaukee, according to Benham and Gary McCullough, the group's national media coordinator.
"McCullough said he expected about a third or a half of them to organize the school pickets. The protests generally will be limited to high schools, McCullough said.
" 'McCullough said abortion is murder, not a political issue, nor an issue to be settled through compromise,' he said. 'It would be like treating what happened in Auschwitz as a political issue,' he said."
Scottsdale Tribune, March 5, Paul Matthews covered the story in more detail, reporting that Jim Kaiser was the local Operation Rescue representative. Kaiser informed the reporter that four months ago his girlfriend had aborted his baby, against his wishes.
Matthews reported that "He [Kaiser] sought out anti-abortion groups, read their literature and now plans to dedicate the rest of his life to the cause. He promises that his campaign will be nonconfrontational."
